“One day I made (from my other old productive program log) a spreadsheet in Excel.
I wrote down all my achievements and completed tasks for the normal day (for a three month period of my life).
There I calculated the average numbers
#number of tasks that I can do per day, /around 14 tasks
#number of tasks from big projects, /around 3 tasks
#number of nasty frogs that I "swallow" and complete finally, /around 0-1 tasks
number of my forgotten #old tasks that I try to remember and do sometimes. /around 2 tasks
#the number of useful routines - such as a gratitude diary, meditation, sport exercises and making a new to-do list for the future /around 5 tasks
Finally I calculated my usual standard and realistic to-do list for one lifeday for me.
Then I did script, and every day I got the Day result for me: usually 80-125%.
If I saw that it is small <70% I knew that I can do better/more today.
I knew it is possible to do more before the night comes without burnouts.
-> Is it possible to get in the Simpler the progress rank for positive motivation at the end of the day or during the day.
I think that AI artificial intelligence learns it from my tasks and accomplishments.
Something like prosentual result of the projects and tasks done in numerical progress from my normal day.
To maintain the balance of the day and all sectors of life would not be forgotten.
Thank you developers.
Any ideas, suggestions, comments?”
